When we set a Goal that is SMART , we are also able to break our big challenge/wish say for example becoming confident into smaller actionable steps.

Actions ​: Plan for each day what meal that you are going to eat, 

​Arrange the content needed to prepare the meal , 

​Learn how to prepare the meal...
